Chicagoland-based motion graphic designer who originally hails from Campbell, California.

Television Associates (TVA) was my first job straight out of high school where I learned the ins & outs of video, its flow, the process & the equipment. I went in loading blank VHS tapes and after a year and a half I left as assistant manager of the duplication dept. / assistant editor.

In 1996 I found myself on a new journey to Austin, TX where I worked as assistant editor at Matchframe Editorial when I realized my passion for graphic design. The switch from assistant editor to graphics began with my new path to Power & Light Studios where I became full time designer/animator and never looked back.

I eventually moved to Chicago in 1999 and worked for There TV/Detour Post and DDB Needham before signing on with Media Process Group (MPG) in January of 2002.

I have created motion graphics for a wide variety of broadcast and corporate clients including Cartoon Network, Ford, McDonald’s, the University of Iowa Healthcare, Northwestern Univ., Robert Morris College, Mack Trucks, WVON Radio, WNET-TV, National Safety Council, Opportunity International, and the Academy of Nutritionist and Dietitians among many more.

I’ve also created opening graphics for documentaries and series including “Maya Angelou: And Still I Rise” (PBS’ American Masters), “Mikva! Democracy is a Verb” (PBS), “Joffrey: Mavericks of American Dance,” “NextTV” (Chicago Urban League), “The School Project” (WTTW), and “A Piece of the Game” (DuPree Productions, Comcast Sports Net).
